Outlook folder not updating real time dating app

Real-Time Consequence: "It seems to be very simple, but when I start the Outlook, it doesn't perform Send & Receive operation of emails automatically.Do I need to change the setting in order to update Outlook inbox automatically?I've setup the office 365 account in outlook 2016 using autodiscover which all works ok.The only issue is that in cached mode the secondary mailbox that it has permissions to view shows all it's folders but when clicking on the folders it shows no content. I also tired reparing Office in 'Programs and Features'. We use Windows 7 SP1 32-bit and Exchange Server 2010 Is there a common cause for this? I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. If they have shared mailboxes they may have hit their connection limit. If they see their mail in OWA, then have you tried to delete their OST file in their local computer profile? ok , then reinstalling Office and recreat the account.

Their primary mailbox updated correctly, only the shared mailbox did not update.

Clicking Update Folder brings the emails down but there are too many folders to do this one by one. If not in cached mode I can see all the emails in every folder.
