To my utter dismay, I have been unable to access the internet that I had been promised.

Now, they have change my running plan from ARP-700 to 99/- P. next day when i received call from customer care executive he told once another plan is given to you it cann't be changed and you can go with port your number and generated invoice for rs.99/- or more at present time. I had lodged a complaint with referral number SR86090909 which brought about the attention of so called ‘experts’ from the company who were ultimately unable to bring it to a resolve.
